The Center for Diabetes Management are committed to providing a comprehensive and multidisciplinary program to successfully manage and treat diabetes. The Center also provide Weight Management, Nutrition Counseling, and Endocrinology Clinic. We are located in Cleveland and Kingwood, Texas.

Our multidisciplinary program is recognized by The American Diabetes Association and Directed by a Board Certified Diabetologist and Endocrinologist.

We offer interactive diabetes education for all people with diabetes- we call it a ‘Diabetes Conversation Map’.

We provide personalized nutrition & exercise plans tailored to your needs.

We have an on-site lab and diagnostic testing.

We are participant in a Clinical Diabetes Research.

Our highly qualified team, from the Certified Diabetes Educator, to the Registered Dietitian working with our Board Certified Diabetologist to deliver state of the art diabetes care and treatment.
